Questions

The things people actually ask. If yours isn't here, the contact page reaches a real person.

Do you sell Porsche, BMW or Ferrari hoodies?

No, and we won't. Every mark we print is our own, drawn from the coachbuilding trade rather than borrowed from a manufacturer. A badge on a garment says the garment came from that company, and ours didn't. We wrote out the full reasoning in Why We Don't Print Manufacturer Logos.

What does "coachbuilt" mean?

It's the old trade of forming a car's body by hand, one panel at a time over a wooden buck, after buying the rolling chassis from a manufacturer. It produced the most beautiful cars ever made and it could not survive mass production. The long version is here.

What is the Type Series?

Hoodies printed like a manufacturer's spec sheet — model designation, body style, power, 0–100, top speed — for cars that do not exist. The figures are invented. The format is the artefact, and it's ours outright.

How long does an order take?

Nothing is printed until you order it, so there are 2–5 business days of production before anything ships, then typically 3–5 business days in transit within the United States. Tracking is emailed the moment it leaves the print facility. Detail on Shipping & Returns.

Why does it take longer than other shops?

Because there is no warehouse. Made to order means nothing is cut, printed or boxed in advance, nothing is stored, and nothing ends up discounted or landfilled at the end of a season. The trade is a few extra days.

What size should I order?

The cut is a classic unisex pullover — straight through the body, not cropped, not oversized. Order your usual size, or go up one if you want it to drape. Flat measurements for every size are on Sizing & Care.

What is the fabric?

Heavyweight brushed-back fleece with ribbed cuff and hem. If you want to know why weight is the specification that matters, we wrote about it in How Heavy Should a Hoodie Actually Be?

Will the print crack?

Not if it's washed properly, and the printing method helps. We print direct-to-garment, which cures water-based ink into the fibres rather than laying a plastisol layer on top — so it flexes with the cloth instead of sitting on it. Wash cold, inside out, skip the fabric softener, and don't iron the print. Full detail: How to Wash a Printed Hoodie.

Can I return it?

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match the listed measurements, we replace it at no cost — send a photograph within 30 days. Because each piece is made individually for you, we can't take returns for change of mind, which is exactly why the measurements are published before you order.

Where is it made?

Printed in the United States.

Is there a discount code?

MARQUE10 takes 10% off a first order. No expiry.

Do you do wholesale?

Ask. Made-to-order and wholesale are an awkward fit, but there are arrangements that work. Use the contact page.
