Marque is new. There are no customer reviews on this site, and there won't be any until real customers have written them.
That is a genuine reason to hesitate, so here is what we can offer instead of a star rating.
The measurements are published before you buy
Chest and body length, flat, for every size, on Sizing & Care. Not "runs true to size" — actual inches. If what arrives doesn't match them, that is our problem and we fix it.
If it's wrong, we replace it
Damaged, misprinted, or not matching the published measurements: send a photograph within 30 days and a replacement goes out at no cost. You don't ship anything back.
Nothing is printed until you order it
Which is why it takes 2–5 business days before it ships. It also means there is no warehouse full of stock we need to move, so nothing here is priced to be discounted later.
A real person answers the email
The contact page goes to an inbox a human reads, usually within a business day. Not a ticket queue.
We tell you what we don't have
No heritage. No racing history. No licensing deal with a manufacturer, which is deliberate — here's why. A brand willing to say what it isn't is usually more reliable about what it is.
On reviews, specifically
Plenty of new stores launch with hundreds of glowing reviews. Those are bought or invented, and since October 2024 the FTC can fine a business for every single one. We would rather have an empty review section than a fake one.
When real reviews arrive, they'll be published as written — including the unflattering ones. A product with nothing but five stars is telling you something, and it isn't that the product is perfect.
