This site is operated by Marque. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they refer to Marque. Where they say "you", they refer to you, the customer.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to purchase from this site, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Products

All items are made to order. Colours shown on screen are reproduced as accurately as possible but will vary between displays, and printed garment colours can differ slightly from what you see.

Because printing is done individually, minor variation in print placement is normal and is not considered a defect. On all-over print pieces, each panel is printed before the garment is cut and sewn, so the design can shift slightly at the seams. Significant misplacement is covered by our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any item, and refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If you shop from outside the United States, checkout may show the price converted to your local currency. We make every effort to display prices and product information accurately; if an item is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid for one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, photographs, logos and other content on this site are owned by Marque and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Marque is an independent company, and every design on this site is our own. Any other names or marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this site current and accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Content is provided for general information and may be changed at any time without notice.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party sites and uses third-party services for payment and fulfilment. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law, the site and the products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marque from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
